Payment Policy

Dear Patient,

We want to inform you of a few new policies our office is enacting.

  1. Moving forward, the office will require copays at the time of service. No exceptions. This is actually in our contract with insurance companies, so we have to do it at every visit.

  2. Cash paying patients will need to pay at the time of service. This includes insurance patients who are purchasing supplements or other retail items.

  3. If you have a balance when you come in for an appointment, the front desk will ask you to make a payment toward your balance. If you cannot pay the balance in full, please speak with Katie regarding payment arrangements.

  4. Once you receive a bill from our office, you will have 30 days to pay before we begin the collections process. Again, if you need to make payment arrangements, please speak with Katie and she'll be happy to work with you.

In the past, we've been overly flexible with accepting late and partial payments. Due to the increase in patients not paying their bills in a timely manner, we are having to be proactive and introduce new policies.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we make these changes. Again, if you have any questions at all, please talk with Katie and she'd be happy to answer or explain anything you'd like clarified.
